The film features 27 licensed songs, including eight original compositions by Donna and her team.  "Voodoo," performed by Donna, was an Oscar-contending song, competing against Adele's "Skyfall."  The film's soundtrack, praised for its original score, also won Best Soundtrack at the 2012 Laughlin Film Festival.

Donna wrote, performed, and co-directed her original song "Faith," which earned her Best Original Song and Best Short awards at the 2023 Show Low Film Festival.  The film will also be an official selection at the NRB Conference in February 2025.

"Be a Green Hero" won Best Original Score/Song, Short, and Cinematography at the 2022 Show Low Film Festival.  A 2024 Children Cinema Awards (CCA) finalist for Best Original Song, it's also an Official Selection at the Kids First Film Festival.  Frequently screened in classrooms worldwide and featured on Planet Classroom Network, the film empowers children of all ages.
